Cam Heart can measure your heart rate from your face, so you don’t need a separate device to measure your heart rate.
Cam Heart detects your heart rate based on the color change of your face skin when your heart beats and uses sophisticated algorithms to measure your heart rate.
Keep your face in front of the camera, and after 15 seconds, your heart rate will appear continuously.

Tips and Tricks:
- Hold the camera 5-8 inches in front of your face
- Keep the phone stable during the test
- There is enough light around you so your face skin is well-lighted
- There is no lightened background behind you as your face may be captured darker by the camera
- Make sure your face is visible clearly. For example, your hair has not covered your forehead
